to be served by a professional, well trained, highly competent and
responsive staff member. Our confidence in and our commitment to excellence are

available to our patients from the reception area, to the consultation
rooms, to the surgery. We handle every case professionally, discreetly and
with respect for each patient's privacy. Our top priority is to meet or
exceed our patient's needs and expectations combined with a friendly and

Dr. M.R. Grate
I have been working in my profession for
over thirty years. I have four grown
children and five grandchildren. My personal activities include the Thomasville Road Baptist
church men's ministry, sailing, fly fishing, sporting clays and working in my
garden.

Joan-Surgical Nurse/Consultant
A graduate of St. Petersburg College of Nursing in Florida and has worked with
plastic surgeons for over twenty years. She has a wide experience in plastic
surgery nursing. In addition, she has pursued post graduate education in all
areas of plastic surgery, including advanced cosmetic products. She
dispenses compassion and humor in equal parts, as she assists in surgery and
educates our patients in pre and post operative care. Joan and her husband
have four married children and five grandchildren. She enjoys her two
standard Poodles.

Diane-Office Manager/Consultant
Has been a part of Dr. Grate's staff since 2002.
She is experienced in accounting, medical coding and billing, with an
extensive knowledge and understanding to our patients needs. She also
educates patients with financing.
Diane is also one of Dr. Grate's
consultants for facial plastic surgery. She is compassionate about our
patients, and advises in post operative care. Diane and her husband have two
beautiful sons. The family enjoys spending time together, partisipating in outdoor
activities and watching movies.
